Serving/bartending

Hey all. We are thinking of moving to central mass next year to be closer to my boyfriend's family in western mass. We are both in tech, with him having way more experience and able to transfer. I was laid off a few months ago and haven't had any luck yet. I served and bartended for a little over a decade up until 4 years ago when I took a job in quality assurance when everything shut down for covid. If we move and I need to take a server job in the meantime while I'm in school and looking for a job. We are in southern AZ now and hospitality here is awful. 400/week would be a very very good week.

So, my question is this. What are good places to make decent money? Boyfriend has a location in Tewksbury and another in Marlborough. Ofc right now is too early to tell which one he would end up going to. What do servers make on average in the northeast? What are the slow seasons? Any other random tidbits of info you want to share.
