Where to spend 2 days in Bosnia?

For some reasons, I'll have to spend 2 days in Bosnia, coming from Tirana and going to Zagreb. I have some conversational level of the BCS language (like, 500 words). I have never been to Bosnia. I have decided I'll spend one day in Neum and one in Banja Luka (I want to see the two sides of the country). Can you suggest me an alternative route? I guess Sarajevo deserves more time to visit, some other time.
