Soundtouch Spotify Connection Issues

Is anyone else having issues with streaming spotify through Soundtouch? Either through Spotify itself or through the Soundtouch App? I'm able to get streaming radio, but Spotify refuses to connect. I've got a Soundtouch 10 and Soundtouch 300 Soundbar, and have tried through my mobile device as well as the Spotify app on my laptop.
