I got bose soundsport free as a grad gift around march 20. Besides the common problems like audio lag on youtube and minor cut offs I've now just experienced an alarming new problem. so after fully draining the charging case (which only happened today as I would always charge it when it comes down to 1 dot lights) I recharged again and this happened at 2 dots while charging

basically the second and fourth dot lights in the case would blink rapidly. I would unplug and plug again and it would work properly only to revert back to the rapid blinks after a few minutes. So I updated the earbuds along with the case via micro usb in the bose updater on my laptop and plugged it back in to charge. right now I've managed to fully charged the case with no issue but am afraid the problem will persist the next time I recharge with zero dots. has anyone experienced this? Should I return and have it replaced?

Note: I will update this post tomorrow if the problem persists when I've drained the battery and recharge again

Update: The problem still persists. it even takes a longer time to charge. will replace.
