OK so I wanted to say something positive. We have a set of companion 20's about 7 years old. One of the speakers started to sputter. I know they are not the best but better than most computer speakers, we love the sound. 123 CDN bucks prepaid for the service to repair. I was told on this forum that they wouldn't do that and it would just be sent back. All through the process I got emails telling me of the status, 4 weeks later I have them back on my doorstep and they sound great.
Pays to invest in a good brand, makes it worth it to maintain them or fix as the case may be. Seamless
