[META] - How to treat a 'refund' situation where borrower broke their commitment?

Post Body

I recently lent (via Paypal) a small amount to a borrower who promised to quickly repay the principal amount plus interest. On the due date (today) they merely 'refunded' the transaction and paid none of the interest. Due to the PMs we've exchanged (him pretending he didn't do the refund), and my conversation with Paypal today, it seems obvious this was borrower's plan all along.

It seems proper to post an "unpaid" note, given that the commitment was broken and they were obviously gaming the system. But they did return the principal amount, so "unpaid" doesn't seem totally accurate.

Since I'm new here, I wanted to be sure that's the correct thing to do.
