Hey guys, I'm not sure if it's all that wise to be posting this, or indeed if it's allowed (I'm sorry if it's not), but I'm not sure what do.
I have an outstanding loan with a lender, and yes to his credit it is overdue.
I've kept in contact with him, been transparent with him, and responded to his most recent message within 1 or 2 hours.
A day later I realised he had opened a dispute on PayPal, which I can't do anything about, I literally don't have any funds what so ever to make a refund to him.
I've tried messaging him to find about the process but getting no replies.
I understand this is fully in his right to do this and I understand why he may feel the need to.
I'm just worried about what will happen in regards to the minus balance in my PayPal, I'm also worried about the possibility of him writting an unpaid post. So if anyone could give me any guidance that'd be great.
Thanks.
