I'll spare you the sobs and only say that 2023 forged my daughter and I in flames. We are starting the new year hopeful, excited, exhausted, weary, and penniless.
I was offered a phenomonal, dream-job-level position that works with my daughter's school schedule and pays a living wage. It starts January 2nd.
As part of the contract, I'm required to set up an LLC. This costs approx. $100.00 and needs a few days to set up. Also, my daughter and I are having our first Christmas after living a nightmare for 2 years. I want to make it as special as I can for her and I. And I *know* money, and things aren't what counts... but to a 12-year-old teen in training.... the things kind of count. I'd like to get her her favorite scented lotion, at least.
Thanks for reading all of this and considering the loan. I closed a health savings account at a hefty penny, but it is expected to arrive to repay this as indicated by next Friday, the 29th.
Grateful. Hopeful.
