I’m just about to finish college with a professional pilot degree. Well I know I have to build some hours in some sort of flying job before I can apply, but I have some questions on getting into the border patrol. One is there any pilots who have joined the border patrol who could maybe share there experience in it. Also I have been thinking of getting into aerial firefighting and just trying to see if this a better route or at least something I should purse this for some time maybe even make it a full career. I go to a school focusing purely on getting people to go to airlines and outliers like me struggle to know what to do after and if this a good route. Last question is if I were to build hours of there are any recommended jobs that people have please tell me I’m figuring I will have to move somewhere away from where I live now. so anywhere in the USA is okay to recommend.
