The BL2UCP was the most influential mod for Borderlands 2, making a number of balance changes that made the game so much more fun to play (fixing Assault Rifles and E-Tech weapons and adding Grenade Damage boosts to many explosive guns were my most notable). It single-handedly breathed new life into a game that was about 6 years old at that point.
Borderlands 3 Redux is a similar mod for BL3 that released not too long ago, and has been getting constant updates and support from EpicNNG and his team. But he has gone out of his way to say that BL3R is not the 'Community Patch' for Borderlands 3. It was designed to be a new experience, to feel different from the base game. Add onto that Gearbox/2K are constantly updating and hotfixing BL3 with balance patches, black market location changes and content drops, it's unlikely we'll even need a UCP in the foreseeable future (probably until Tiny Tina's Wonderland is out).
But let's say someone was creating the Borderlands 3 Unofficial Community Patch. Let's say we were in charge of deciding what balance changes needed to be implemented. What would you change about BL3's gameplay that you think would make the game more enjoyable? It can be anything; weapon balance, loot changes, Playable Character skills balance, enemy and/or boss balance, Mayhem mode changes. Anything you can think of.
