HELP THE CANKERWOODS

Hey it’s been a minute since I’ve been able to play borderlands 3, but since the quarter for my college just ended I was able to finally comeback. I’m a big 100% guy, but I’m missing a location in the CANKERWOODS from Guns Love and Tentacles. Is there a mission I have to do that’ll lead me to it or is kind of like that one location on eden 6 by the waterfall. If anyone could help that would be great!
Or could this just be a glitch, it’s happened to me before so wouldn’t be surprised!
