I own BL3 through EGS. I haven't played in a bit (last time was in February) and have been trying everything to get the game to launch.

At first, I was getting a black screen with a message that offered to reset my graphic settings. I accepted that to no avail. I started getting the EGS error LS-0013. I verified the cache as it suggested and was getting the same error. After googling, many people had success with running either/and EGS BL3 as an administrator. I've tried every combo of on/ off but nothing works.

I then tried reinstalling the game, and got the same error. I even uninstalled EGS itself (which uninstalled every game) and reinstalling the program and game.

BL3 just finished reinstalling again and I still get the crash with graphics error message. Windows 10 is up to date, my graphics driver is up to date. Restarting the PC didn't help. I'm completely out of ideas.

Other games I have installed with EGS seem to launch normally, so I don't believe it's a platform issue. Any help (other than "buy it again on Steam") would be appreciated. I've tried uninstalling the latest DLC to see if that was the issue but no such luck.

Found the fix. I needed a totally clean install of my graphics driver. I uninstalled, redownloaded GeForce Experience, and then did custom/ clean install with the new driver.
