Constant Tyreen voice overs throughout the game.

I think this is some glitch I am experiencing, if not I am considering uninstalling it without finishing.
Everywhere in the game I keep hearing announcements from Tyreen. There was an event in a CoV den where it started and I think it was supposed to end. "Vault Thief's reloading", "Wow, you actually hit something" a bunch of crap like that. It's constant.
Is this supposed to be part of the game?
