Anyone else noticed numbers replacing subtitles?

So occassionally while playing, sometimes the subtitles will "glitch" and display a set of numbers, except what the narrator is saying.
The reason I call it a "glitch" is because.. what if it isn't? The most recent occurrence of this in my game was with tannis talking after entering konrads hold. Can anyone else confirm if this happens everytime?
The numbers were "1,1014" typed exactly like that.
