Unpopular opinion: the way enemies scale up to your level make jumping in with friends a lot less entertaining. I've been playing bl3 obsessively up until a couple days ago (no power). I jumped into my nephew's game to help him, as he's playing a level 13 moze and I have a level 24 Zane, which I think made both our lives harder, as the enemies I was seeing were level 20 , which seems to k8nda defeat the point of trying to help him through areas faster.
I know the gimmick from day one of bl1 was enemies get tougher with more people in the game, which I was fine with, as even with 2, 3, or even 4 people, the enemy would still hover at around the same level they were in that region when I played through on ny own.
This, personally, takes a lot of the satisfaction out of grinding out extra level ups to try and tackle certain areas, as everything just meets or exceeds that level in most places I've seen.
Granted, this was specifically on Athenas, and I lost power here before I could go check out earlier areas to see if anything was the same level as before or higher.
I can respect this as a gimmick to make going back to older areas more rewarding, but it's almost not worth it if its no easier at level 20, than it was at level 10, to give an idea of what I'm trying to convey.
