Golden Keys not showing up in game

By my history on SHIFT, I should have 40 golden keys based on the number of codes I've redeemed for Borderlands 3. However, my game only shows 13. Any idea why all my keys aren't showing up? I got the early adopter pack, the hidden Collector's Edition codes, and about 10 of the 3 key codes from game stop. Is this happening for anyone else? When I get them from the social menu, only some of them have shown up. I've redeemed 40 worth and only have 14 in my inventory
