So back when BL3 came out in 2019 I can honestly say that's how I spent the next couple year's of my gaming life just playing with friend's and going thru it with all the vault hunter's and buying all the dlc when they dropped and getting to the new level cap with all 4 character's again... Then i ended up having to get a new console cuz the one I had was giving out, and in the process of switching all my information I lost a bunch of stuff I couldn't get back and BL3 was one of them, after losing all my saves and heaving to start over from the start even with no DLC so I gave up on playing it and it's been a few years now, but I just recently got the game again with all the DLC and pre-order stuff and plan on playing it with my little brother on his first playthrough of it and it'll honestly make the game feel like old times again running thru it with him and I can't wait.

So I'm just wondering what I need to know has somebody who wasn't played if a couple year's, what are vault card's and should I wait to unlock all the gear that's level based till I'm maxed out? It's been so long, other then that I don't have any other questions.
