Recommended settings for Warzone

I’ve been running Warzone on Bootcamp for a couple months now with the following laptop:

2019 16 inch MacBook Pro

2.3GHz 8‑core 9th‑generation Intel Core i9 processor, Turbo Boost up to 4.8GHz 16GB 2666MHz DDR4 memory AMD Radeon Pro 5500M with 4GB of GDDR6 memory

On average I would be playing Warzone on around 70 FPS on a good day, 40-60 on a average day and on a bad day 30 FPS, using a LAN Cable with an internet speed of around 600 MBPS download and 200 MBPS upload. Im wondering what’s the best settings to get the best performance in your respective opinions given the specs of my laptop.
