I can’t boot windows. Should I, and how can I, save all my windows files and re-install windows?

Windows10 won’t boot. When I select it as an operating system, the computer turns off at the windows loading screen.
I’ve posted about this on forums and reddit over the last two days and nothing has helped so now I’m asking:
How can I save all of my important files and things from windows to my MacOS partition or ssd and re-install windows10?
