What Type of Blank Disc Do I Use When Burning an Windows 7 ISO?

Yesterday I tried booting windows with a USB but it said "No bootable Device -- Please enter boot disk and press any key" so as my last resort I assume I should try getting a Blank Disc and burning an Windows 7 ISO on it.
So which blank disc should I buy? (If you were to link a product, just a fair warning I am in Canada) I also have a Mid-2011 iMac 27' is there a reason why my USB was not working?
