Ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max Boost Infinite claims its shipped

I ordered an iPhone 15 pro max before the new years. Boost Infinite claims they shipped the phone on December 30th. But ups still hasn't taken possession of the phone. I called Boost Infinite today and they promise me they shipped it. But ups website makes it clear it is not in their possession.
