Unable to order phones from Boost Infinite

I've never run into a company who can't accept payments correctly. I tried twice this week to simply order a phone, my current phone has a cracked screen. Both through the app and talking to agents and I am unable to order a phone. I have 2 'pending' charges on my credit card, but no phone order. I might give them one more chance, but looks like I am just going to have to move on to a new carrier.

Wow still going on. I just switched to Mint Mobile with a phone from Amazon. Worked out good so far.
