One wheel starts spinning before the other.

Just looked at my board today and noticed some big scratches on the bottom form going over bumps that were too big. I also noticed that my left wheel starts spinning before the right wheel.
At really slow speeds even only the left wheel spins and the right doesn’t.
Is this normal or is something wrong?
