I live in Michigan and its been quite cold lately but the snow has not come down hard as of yet.
So I still have a few days to ride out my board for commuting between work and home. But there's one thing i've noticed.
So from time to time, before i ride my board, I get LED indicators (Yellow blinking with the 2nd to downwards LED light on) and basically after some research, It's apparently from overheating. which doesn't make sense since times i've seen the indicator, it's always before I ride it.
But I thought, Could it be possible that instead of indicating that it's too hot, it could be too cold?
I would probably need more people to test this out to completely confirm this, but the indicator does go away if i do the following.
- Just ride the board (The indicator does not prevent me from riding the board at full speed)
- Take a hair drier and just warm it up.
- Leave the board somewhere room temperature. so i'd avoid leaving it in the cold garage.
Note: Lately its been blinking alternating from yellow to red, solutions of getting rid of that problem seems to be the same
