How easy will it be to buy tickets closer to the festival dates?

I heard BOOM tickets get sold out quickly. I'm not completely sure if i will be able to make it to the festival next year
I wonder how difficult is it to buy tickets from people who are re-selling them closer to the festival dates? Do people usually resell at purchase price or is it more expensive?
