Seeking a book to help build discipline.
Folks,
I'm looking for a book to share with a dear family member to teach them how to build discipline in their life.
They're a 65 year old cancer survivor who has lost their spouse and long story short, circumstances have gotten the best of their mind and shattered discipline over the past decade.
Gentle easy to read books please.
