What books would you say physically affected you?

I'm curious as to what books have had a physical impact on others, whether that's crying, laughing or thinking about it for weeks after. For me, personally, once I read 'If we were villains' I couldn't stop thinking about it for months.
Most people I know don't cry or have any physical reaction so I'm just curious!
