Great Photography book for beginners

I recently bought a camera and unsure where to start both in taking a picture and operating a camera in general(I read the user guide but still confused).
Can anyone recommend a really good beginner’s book? Ideally something that focuses more towards actually taking a photo/using a camera vs theory. Thanks!
