Hey guys!
Getting into the world of reading mythology books from around the world and I wanted to hear your guys thoughts and suggestions for me to look into!
As of right now the collection is small, very small but I want to expand into different cultures such as Chinese, Norse, Mesopotamia and more.
So this is my current Mythology collection:
The Japanese Myths - Thames and Hudson
The Egyptian Myths - Thames and Hudson
The Greek/Roman Myths - Thames and Hudson
Mythology Tales of Timeless Gods and Heroes - Edith Hamilton
Norse Mythology- Neil Gaiman
This is a very limited collection of books but I want to expand into these areas:
- Greek Mythology
- Egyptian Mythology
- Roman Mythology
- Mesopotamia Mythology
- Norse Mythology
- Japanese Mythology
- Chinese Mythology
- British Mythology
- Cryptids
There’s a few more that I can’t think of off the top of my head but if you guys have any suggestions for books or even looking into some mythologies then please suggest am more than happy as I like looking into the creatures and stories that follow them.
Thank you
