Becoming a reader; how do I learn how to read? used to know how to read previously? I would like some advice
Post Body

Please help me, bcj. When I was young I used to get praised a lot for reading, but now that I'm in uni I just sort of... forgot how to read? I want to read again and feel the praise I got as a child for reading. At night before bed I try to read, but a cell phone just mysteriously appears in my hand? My reading comprehension has dropped significantly and it's really hard for me to look at a single paragraph these days and not want to tear my eyeballs out.

What should I do? Should I exclusively read some YA fiction audio books and re-develop my ability to circlejerk about books? Should I find funko pops "people my age" should be collecting? I don't know what to do! Any words or advice are appreciated, but put them in audio book form as I can't read.

Thank you for your time
