Chapter summary

• David sees Videl and Christina in a restaurant celebrating and goes out and gets drunk, coming home to find Isabella on his doorstep.
• David sends Isabella packing and gets a request to meet Corelli.
• David meets with Corelli to discuss the book he wants written
• David rescues Isabella from an attack and brings her home
• David visits Isabella's parents and they agree she will stay with him for a few days
• David researches for his book in the library
• He meets Corelli again
• Isabella settles in to life living with David
• Barcelo tells David some info he found out about Corelli
• Isabella finds the door to the locked room open and decides to go in and tidy and finds an old picture with Corelli in it.
• David begins work on the book
• David sets out an idea about the book to Corelli
• He looks into the history of ownership of his house
