Making a custom book cover to celebrate my sobriety?

I’m 9 months sober and want to have a custom cover made for my AA Big Book 12 Steps and 12 Traditions book.
How do I even begin to go about making this? Or is this something I would be better off paying someone to do? I would want engraving too which is also outside of my scope of knowledge.
