So, hello. I'm sure we all read the thread at the top and know the divorce happened. I look at things from a different view point, more the...business side of what happens. I've been around twitch since the very early days, five or so years, back when Calebhart streamed for 20 viewers, singsing got 30k, and so forth. I went to college for public relations with a minor in mathematical statistics. It's neat, I suppose, but I deal more with business and how they work, which lately has me viewing twitch streams, what happens, the community it stems, and so forth.

I'd like to discuss a few streamers with you. In a previous post I saw, someone on here was attacked, and I'll just paraphrase, being called brainwashed, for speaking (in not so nice terms,) out against boogie, i saw several downvoted posts, some deserving, some not so much, but they all made one thing clear: you like boogie, you're not brianwashed. But if u hate him, ur a dick, ur brainwashed, gtfo, is basically the attitude from just some glances.

Have you ever heard of dsp, or darksydephil? I'll just summarize, I could go on for days ( I actually wrote a paper on him a few months ago about cults, what they do to people, how to get out, etc, in terms of his followers and behaviors) but I won't. Whenever there is the slightest bit of drama, dsp makes a video. He cries wolf, guess what happens! Patreon users come rushing to help, dropping tons to help him. Then guess what? Short while later, problem mysteriously disappears! WHAT!? Weird, everytime he's about to take a week off from his job (he's late everyday, burps, farts, jacked off on stream, and many other just...things) some problem comes up. Few weeks ago he claims he owes thousands to the federal tax men in his state, and during this sham, got 3k from donations. When he split with Leanna, nearly 1.5k. Guess what he did with the money? From the 3k, it's getting more and more proven he hired someone from Europe. I won't go further, as it's not fully proven but does seem likely, and blew it. He can't save money, and threatens his viewers he'll never return if they don't give him money.

AND IT WORKS. EVERY.TIME. it's mind boggling.

If you know sodapopping, u know lea, his ex. Whenever there was drama, he took off time from streaming and post some emo text. Same with reckful. Same with tons of streamers. When they come back, guess what happens. Ppl give them money, and tons of it. It's insane. Ppl are so convinced their 50 bucks gets u to be friends with these ppl, and in some cases, like dsp, it's never ending. Nothing is enough for people.

Boogie, to no offense, I do expect a drama video or stream from you at some point. You can be different from the rest. Turn off donations,tell ur story, be done, move on. You and I both know ull make bank from what u say, from fans who wanna throw themselves at u with money to ease the pain. But does it?

I'm just curious what you'll do next. I've seen drama videos, drama streams, drama twitter talks, hell I've seen streamers do all 3 in a day to get what they want and, in case those reading this haven't yet realized what word I've yet to use, manipulate, viewers, into opening up their wallets.

When drama happens, it's up to streamers to get ppl to open their wallets, feel sorry for them, and contribute.

So, boogie, will u do what I'm pretty sure ull do? Or what I hope u do. The whole brainwashed thing and the way this forum treats some people doesn't seem to go with what u stand for. I think this is one of those paths in life u get to take.
