i have a very old japanese honeysuckle buried in my backyard with a huge trunk and lots of living runners despite the fact that it is freezing january. i got many rooted cuttings from it and would like to start working on a bonsai as beautiful as the mother plant. i know honeysuckles become woody deciduous plants in colder climates, while being more of a vine in warm climates. can i stop it from becoming a vine type plant indoors under my led lights and in the warmth or will i just have to let it grow for some years? this cutting is about 3 weeks old in the first photo. thanks
