Maybe a crazy question. Mixing my loves! I’ve seen yoga on the farm…what about flow rolling jiu jitsu? Where are the other bjj lovers who attend Roo?

It’s very meditative for me to have a chill, flow roll now and then. I’m not promoting aggressive competitive rolling but controlled, laid back technique focused rolling with previously experienced people. Thought about bringing some mats and maybe looking for some folks to roll with beforehand. If this is stupid just say so. 💀 Yes I know it’s hot!
