Multiple sets of dog remains in abandoned mine. Patagonia, AZ

I was scouting near Patagonia where I found an abandoned mine were someone has been dumping dog carcasses. I know it's not coyotes cause you can still see a collar on one them. Couldn't tell how many were down there but I could see at least 3 skulls. There may be a logical explanation for this or there is some sick stuff going on.

I would report this. They are definitely trying to hide whatever happened and if someone was doing a burial they wouldn’t leave it like this
