Post Body

Hypothetically, I have a couple buck skulls with antlers that I picked up in public creeks. I just found out you need permits from the state to gather remains of deer. Is there a way I could set things right legally without any trouble (and without losing my skulls)? Should I bother with the old and just get permission for the future finds? Just wondering what y'alls perspective is on what would be the best course of action.
