I'm interested in getting a dermal piercing on my cheekbone but was wondering are they any more painful or high maintenance than a regular nose piercing? The only two piercings I have for reference are both of my nostrils but I love how a good dermal looks. I understand they are very different than a regular needle piercing. If anyone has one, what's it like?
