I have been looking for a silver matte/satin finish septum clicker for months. I just want it to be one of those seamless looking simple clickers. I got a Ring of Steal(very similar to an Infinity Collar) a while ago and I have been wanting a septum ring to match it. I called to get an estimate on a custom one from Kolo. They said they could only do it in 18k gold and it would be around $200-$250. I was ok with paying a good bit of money for it but I didn't think it would be quite that much.

So I thought I would come to you lovely people and see if y'all had any helpfully ideas. I don't mind having to make something. I have access to a sand blaster if that would work on something. I just don't know what kind of metal that would work best with and if it would come out looking the way that I wanted it to.
