Trying to decide which of these piercings i want. Both pictures are the kind of look im going for- i think its a very sexy look! lol just debating the pros and cons of each piercing. i had snake bites before but did not have a good experience with them so i took them because they were asymmetrical and did NOT look good. i plan on going to a different piercer when i do get pierced again. and when i had the snake bites i could feel the back of the jewelry hitting against my teeth so i do worry about damage to teeth and gums. i was thinking to prevent this i could wear a dental guard and after they are healed i could switch to smaller jewelry and that should keep them for hitting against my teeth too. i went to another piercer at a different shop and she said with studs for snake bites there's risk of them getting embedded and said to prevent this i could get the rings but the rings also take longer to heal.

Now i was thinking of getting the double vertical labret piercing instead since there's no risk of damage to my gums and teeth since they would be on my lips. But i worry about the vertical labrets getting the way more when i am eating and drinking. seems to me with the snake bites if i get the studs they wouldn't be in the way as much since they are under my lip- also if i take them out, the scars wouldn't be as noticeable either- i do have scars from my first snake bites but they aren't even that noticaeable(probably cuz i didn't have them in for that long either) but with the vertical labrets i would have scars on my lip.

So i would like to hear about anyone's experience with snake bites and vertical labrets to help me decied which ones i should get. people with snake bites how do u prevent damage to ur teeth and gums? and if you got snake bites with rings how difficult was the healing process? if u have snake bites with studs have they ever gotten embedded? people with vertical labrets is there more risk of the piercing getting rejected? how is it eating and drinking with vertical labrets? Also how is it kissing and giving oral sex with either of these piercings? also if there's anymore cons i am forgetting about or anything else yall want to add or share about either of these piercings please let me know!
