So I've never experienced this before, it kinda catches me off guard. I work in a primarily female dominated field (I'm male) and this one co-worker is really touchy. It's usually on the back, or shoulder. Just randomly grabbing, or slightly rubbing. Other times when were talking and I'll make a joke, she'll laugh while grabbing my arms. She has no qualms about touching me, which is ironic because I'd never initiate any physical contact with her. (Not because I don't want to, but because I'm HELLA shy). She very well could just be being friendly. What do you guys think?
Clock how she acts with others, maybe she’s just the touchy-time? If she doesn’t treat others with the same physical contact then maybe there’s interest there.
Does she laugh at jokes that are not AS funny? Does she ‘touch’ longer than normal? All considerations around gauging true interest
