Women keep standing right by my side

New phenomenon for me and just wondering why.
Over the last few months I’ve noticed some of the women I work with will stand right by my side, sometimes almost leaning into me. This usually happens in group settings. I can count 3 times in the last 2 days and I haven’t seen them do it to others yet. What does this mean? I am in middle management but they are not in my team. Happy to DM a photo of myself if you need for reference, I’m a decent looking guy in my early 30s
