Handshake etiquette with opposite gender
Post Body

As a guy, I'm not sure whether to go for a handshake when meeting a woman say in a friend or work environment, or just avoid it. I have been told to wait for the woman to extend their hand first. But then this would be awkward if I'm shaking hands with other guys and not sure what would be the move with her. What is the right approach? Ladies, what do you prefer?

And another one is when working remotely with women co-workers that you haven't met. Would you go for a hug or just a handshake the first time you meet them in-person lol? These are genuine questions
