It’s tough because there is nothing good out on YouTube for PROPER posing on what judges currently want. Everything is old and out dated. The best thing I’ve found is at my local pro gym they have weekly posing sessions on saturdays. Also my individual coach knows losing very well. This is why it’s important to have a team of people around you
He’s the only one I’m worried about but is also doing classic. I think I can take him in mens physique. He’s still full and eating carbs it “looks” like but who knows. It’s my first show and I’m coming for that overall

Yes I eat them after soni can recover. If I eat them before my body will run off fresh carbs and glycogen, I'm trying to get it to eat fat during workouts and then use the carbs after to repair
I have been slowly lowering my carbs and outlined my progression from mid level carb intake to low carb intake. That's all. Rice is definitely a carb, it's the carb I eat that causes the least amount of bloat in me.
The carbs and fat seperate was just me saying that's how I do it for nutrient partitioning.

I’ve been loading them slowly. So a few weeks ago it was 2 cups rice 1/2 cup oatmeal then the next few weeks 1 cup rice 1/2 cup oatmeal then 1 cup rice and this week it’s zero carbs but high fats.
I eat carbs and rice in totally separate meals
She works for the shows themselves not at the venue so she works for the promoter when they need people to run shows.

Yes, first I ran a heavy sarm cycle. Went from 6’2 170 to 235 in 4 months. Kept body fat the same. Then immediately went into a test blast because test was shit got up to 225 and then cruised then blasted again with deca and test then cruised this blast was just test and finish with var. I feel 100x better than I did before I took sarms while I’m on test. My natty numbers would have been in the shitter. Wish I would have gotten bloods done before everything but I didn’t. All I know is my quality of life has dramatically increased
