....it doesn't impact judging an I work my legs once a week. I really didn't think I would have to explain myself but here we are. I have some old sports injuries from exploding my knees in wrestling so I don't go super heavy on legs.

Yep, still working upper chest. I push my back hard and train it with intensity. I just kind of blew out my knees wrestling so I don’t do as much with legs as I could. It’s going to be my goal in the off season to grow them as they are very unproportionate
Meh, I’m not judged on them and it’s crunch time right now.
Rows, bent over barbell rows, heavy 8-12 reps to failure. That’s how I built my back
