The hgh is fantastic. The nutrient partitioning is fantastic. Dispute the name it doesn't make you huge, it makes you lean, yes it helps you grow but I shredded the fat
I don't do abs. I use my core for stability during compound exercises.
I'm a bit ahead of schedule and my coach has been increasing my food week after week. Will only need a 4 week prep maybe a hair longer

I just run a 5 day split and work on what I need to work on. Right now trouble areas are upper chest, legs and shoulders So, Monday- legs Tueaday- chest Wednesday- back Thursday- shoulders Friday- arms
