Haha lots of leg exts, hack squats, leg press and smith machine squats!
Lol just the way were wanted to pose..I donāt particularly like it but itās not up to me unfortunately
Thatās just what bodybuilding isā¦posing to your strengths
No point in doing another show if I need to put on substantial size to be competitive as a pro
For fckn real lol. It rly is the elite of the elite
We used to move our hair and flare our lats in the back pose. I personally am glad we donāt anymore, I have a huge (very good) back but for me it would draw attention and take away from my lower half, which is the opposite of what you want in wellness or bikini
Happy to answer any questions here!
Itās the posing and angle, I most definitely do have a quad sweep and cuts in my quads. Youāre welcome to go see other pics and vids on my profile.
Thank you! For glutes, lots of thrusts, lunging and various machine squats I was told my upper body is too developed and wide so Iāve completely taken out all upper body training. I now only have 4 leg days a week (the intensity is high but the volume on each of the days isnāt too crazy, you canāt rly effectively do 4 long and hard leg days every week and expect to recover)
I immediately went on vacation after my show lol, came back super watery and looking not so good. But the past few weeks Iāve been about 80-90% compliant with my coachās meal plans. Iām about 12lbs above stage weight rn and focusing on training hard to grow, yes. I have some photoshoot trips in Europe at the end of the summer so Iāll definitely do a short cut for that and then hopefully over the winter can really hit my legs hard and get my body handling a lot of food well. I really donāt think I have to be ābulkyā or fat to put on size, so will find a half way point between being super shredded and that. Iāll compete next fall most likely

They were good, ya..was a much more competitive lineup than any of us were expecting. First place in my class won the overall then placed top 3 at the Toronto pro show the next day haha
