Continuing here since there is a max text length on the post But anyways, ya, my legs are still too small. I could keep prepping and hope to snag a pro card at another show this year but I’d much rather take a long off season and put on some good size so that I’ll be undeniable next time. I’m still young and barely take gear and it’s just hard to size up to some of these older girls who have dedicated all of their twenties to this in most cases. I also realized that my walk was not as poised as some of the girls in my class and that’s something else I can work on too. I love this sport so much and I’ll never stop bodybuilding. I fucking love the look of big legs and glutes on my frame too, so even if I had no plans to ever compete again nothing rly changes for me rn. Just gonna enjoy my summer and crush every single leg workout (which will now be 4x a week lmao) Thank you to everyone here for your encouragement throughout my prep. Will still be posting updates here as I move into off season and beyond
Lol, I love raving and have so many other parts of my life I also value besides the gym/competing. I don’t plan on stopping going to raves any time soon. If that means I never go pro then so be it. I’m not willing to throw out everything else that gives me joy in life just for a status. I am still an athlete now, without a pro card. And can still work really hard to reach personal goals and my ideal physique…all while having fun and enjoying my twenties. I’ve been there…devoting everything to competing…and it’s no way to live, at least for me. I’m glad I learned this lesson because so many do not, and when they don’t become ms or mr Olympia there usually is a whole lot of regret
My class was really competitive. The girl who won my class won the overall then competed in the pro show the next day and got top 3 just to give some context. I definitely belonged on the national stage (didn’t stick out in a bad way) but I just wouldn’t have beaten first or second with the difference in size in the legs especially in the side poses. The judges including Tyler manion who head judges told my coach afterwards my shape, look and leanness were all great but I need more size and fullness in my legs and glutes.
So ya I will definitely listen to manion over anons on Reddit 😂
That’s the point. It’s a bottom heavy division. I love the look of it and am thrilled it’s part of the ifbb now.
Having a wide ribcage absolutely makes it more difficult to have the same ratios as someone with a naturally smaller waist, ya. It’s a disadvantage but unfortunately not much I can do about it
Appreciate this. Have already had ppl tell me to keep competing this year but I know realistically that I can’t put on size staying this shredded and that if I did get a pro card it would be based on lack of competition rather than being fully ready and capable of beating out the best amateurs
Its 3.5x a week I guess if we’re being specific, each week I’ll be hitting quads, hams, shoulders/calves/core/arms, glutes, glutes/back
I do, just gotta be careful with how frequently I post here it’s supposed to be 1x per week max. I just posted a short vid of my routine and a bit of the comparisons on my ig tho @rose.fitttt
Lol, the judges told me my upper body is too big and shoulders too wide for the division. I’m intentionally under posing them here, not flexing and not squaring
Huge difference. The only pro card that is legitimate in my opinion is ifbb
Why would my legs be near their genetic limit when I’m only 25 years old, have barely taken any gear and I’ve only been training rly hard to put size on my legs for about a year/year and a half? Bit of a silly comment to make lol. Competitions or not I want to have big muscular legs for myself because I like the look…
This was my first prep for wellness…my first time on stage in the wellness category was 2 weekends ago. Prior I was in bikini so any feedback isn’t relevant. Also last time I competed was 2018 before this…so especially not relevant lmao
Nope not me. My only accounts are rose.fitttt and Rose.fittt2. My main account rose.fittt got deactivated a few weeks ago

10mg anavar 10mg oral primo was my cycle for the entire prep. I did add a small dose of Clen in at the end as well
