(My 18F) first official prep checkins at 19 weeks out from my first show at 5ft 5in 157 lbs. I’m nearing 2 years of lifting at the end of next month, with my main focus being growing into wellness with the exception of a couples months. I have fully adapted to eating in a deficit now thanks to the comments on my “offseason” checkins on tips to curb my appetite and cravings. I’ve had IT band syndrome ndome for over 3 years and it makes it really painful and difficult to rotate my upper body forward in my right side pose, I was wondering if anyone had tips on evening out my side poses?
