So I just started today (I know it's Sunday but I've led a completely sedentary life since I gave birth 5 years ago). I thought I'd 'rehearse' for the pre-training.
(Even the warm-up exercise and stretches were a bit much. Oof.)
Aaand I couldn't get past Week 1P Monday: Leg Lifts .
I know I'll keep trying Week 1P Monday HIIT until I can do the full page... but BOY! I was shocked at my epic failure! I guess I underestimated the pre-training since I'm not overweight/obese and 'only' 40 years old!
Anybody else struggled at the beginning?
